- You are responsible for verifying the identity of signatories
- You will not use our service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Each signature is uniquely linked to your account and verified through our authentication
systems
User Responsibilities
As a user of LinkiDox, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Only upload documents you have the right to share and sign
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
Subscription & Payments
LinkiDox offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused subscriptions
Limitation of Liability
LinkiDox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages
arising from your use of our services.
We recommend keeping backup copies of all important documents and verifying signatures when critical
legal matters are involved.
